These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of myVEGAS Slots (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITYYou must be at least 18 years old to download, install, access, or use the App. If you are not yet 18, please do not proceed with installation or use.
2. USE OF THE APPThe App is for entertainment purposes only and does not offer real-money gaming opportunities. All game play is using virtual chips (the "Chips"). The Chips have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash prizes or rewards. Your use of the App must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
3. LICENSINGThe intellectual property rights in and to the App are owned by PLAYSTUDIOS. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, product names, software code, and other proprietary materials used or embodied in the App are the exclusive property of their respective owners.
4. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONSPLAYSTUDIOS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the App.
5. CHANGING OR TERMINATING ACCOUNTSIf we suspect that you have breached these Terms, your account may be suspended or terminated. PLAYSTUDIOS also reserves the right to cancel or change services at any time without prior notice.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTIONWe will take reasonable measures to protect user data and ensure confidentiality. However, no method of digital transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We assume no liability for unauthorized access or disclosure of your account information.
7. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND WARRANTIESThese Terms do not create any rights or obligations with regard to services that are currently unavailable in your jurisdiction. PLAYSTUDIOS makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or otherwise of the App.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYIn no event will PLAYSTUDIOS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data or business opportunity, etc., even if such party had been advised of the possibility.
9. DISCLAIMERSYou acknowledge that use of the App may be affected by various factors beyond PLAYSTUDIOS' control, such as changes in laws, rules, and regulations affecting gaming services offered through social media platforms.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms will be governed exclusively by the laws applicable to California without regard for its conflict of law principles.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and PLAYSTUDIOS, superseding any previous written or oral agreements regarding your use of the App. Any disputes arising under this Agreement must be resolved through binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association in accordance with their Consumer Rules for Dispute Resolution.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, excluding its conflict-of-law principles.

CHOICE OF FORUM

Any disputes arising from these Terms must be resolved through binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association in accordance with their Consumer Rules for Dispute Resolution.
